Cartoon shows in the 1990s were miles better than the ones kids have today. That’s just plain fact, no arguing it. With that being said we’re very pleased to announce that Nickelodeon are working on a Hey Arnold TV film.
The movie will pick up where the show left off and is set to answer the age-old question regarding the whereabouts of Arnold’s lost parents, who you might recall were a regular old Indiana Jones and Marion. As of now there’s no set date for when the movie will be aired. This revival means that Nickelodeon could possibly start brining back other the shows like Rocko’s Modern Life, Ren & Stimpy, and The Wild Thornberrys.
“Kids who grew up on these characters are now of the age that they are having kids and families themselves,” said Russell Hicks, president, content development and production, for Nickelodeon Group.“Our library has come to fruition and it’s time for it to start coming back to life.”
